3. Payments, Refund Policy & Guarantee Conditions
3.1 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in USD.
- Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved gateways.
- You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for all purchased products.
3.2 Refund Policy
We offer a strict 7-day action-based money-back guarantee on eligible digital products.
To qualify for a refund, you must complete all requirements listed below AND submit them within 7 calendar days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must:
- Complete all course modules (video watch progress + tasks).
- Loaded the Agency snapshot into their GoHighLevel account.
- Provide proof of at least 10 cold outreach attempts, following the templates or strategies provided inside the course.
- Send a full refund request to [email protected] with all required proof attached.
Refunds WILL NOT be granted if:
- The request is submitted after the 7-day refund window.
- Required deliverables are missing or incomplete.
- The customer “changed their mind,” “didn’t have time,” or “didn’t use the course.”
- The customer downloaded or attempted to extract large portions of the course content.
- A chargeback or payment dispute was filed before contacting us.
Review Process
- All refund submissions undergo manual review to confirm completion of required steps.
- If approved, refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting us is a violation of these Terms and may result in:
- Instant course removal
- Loss of community access
- Loss of eligibility for any refund
- Submission of documentation to dispute the chargeback with proof of access & usage
3.3 Recurring Payments / Subscriptions
Certain offers (e.g., community access or mentorship upgrades) may include subscriptions.
By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
You may cancel future billing at any time, but past charges are non-refundable unless covered by the refund guarantee above.
3.4 High Ticket Programs
High-ticket programs or discounted upsells (such as the Inner Circle or the 50% off high-ticket upgrade) are NON-REFUNDABLE, except where explicitly stated otherwise for specific promotions.
4. Affiliate Tools & Third-Party Services

7. Community & Support Access

We may revoke community access if a member engages in:
- Harassment
- Spam
- Excessive negativity

- Disrespectful conduct
- Attempts to poach clients from other members
Loss of community access does not entitle you to a refund.
